SILVER Sponsorship rate is $250 and includes the following benefits:
Web presence. We provide a link from the front page of APCS's website to your website, with your logo prominently displayed throughout the year. Our website gets a great deal of traffic throughout the year, especially in the weeks leading up to the meeting.
E-mail exposure. We will include a thank you to our current sponsors by name in our emails throughout the year.
Meeting spotlight. We explicitly thank our sponsors during the opening and closing remarks of our annual meeting, the Auditory Perception, Cognition, and Action Meeting (APCAM). We also display our sponsors’ logos in a PowerPoint presentation during session breaks.
Program book visibility. We publish your advertisement in our electronic APCAM program. Online copies are frequently downloaded from our website, and programs remain hosted on our website indefinitely.
GOLD Sponsorship rate is $500 and includes the above benefits plus:
Poster presentation. We have a lively one-hour poster session during APCAM. You may have a poster board during this session where you will interact face-to-face with the meeting audience and answer their questions.
Student mentorship. Your funds will help to sponsor a special reception hosting a hand-matched mentorship meetup to promote networking and professional development for early career scientists.
Student awards. At your request, specific awards will be made possible by your donation and credited to your organization. The following awards will be combined to total up to your donation amount: prize money for best student poster awards (judged by an ad-hoc poster committee at the conference), and/or several APCS membership awards to address financial need and encourage participation by underrepresented scientists (judged by the APCS DEI committee based on online student applications). For specific awards to be credited to your organization, the sponsorship commitment must be made by June 1, 2026 and the funds must be received at APCS by August 15, 2026.
Platinum Sponsorship rate is $700 and includes the above benefits plus:
Table. You may choose to staff a table near the registration desk for the conference for the entire day. (This is in addition to the promotions mentioned for silver/gold.)
Student awards. You will fund a $500 DEI travel award to reimburse a student for APCAM conference travel expenses. (This is in addition to awards and purposes mentioned for silver/gold.). Travel awards are judged by the APCS DEI committee based on online student applications. For specific awards to be credited to your organization, the sponsorship commitment must be made by June 1, 2026 and the funds must be received at APCS by August 15, 2026.
